TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BIUGAMING MY DIGITAL SERVICES

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of all services, features, and systems provided by BIUGAMING MY Digital Services (“BIUGAMING”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using any part of the BIUGAMING platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. GENERAL

  1. These Terms apply to all users, whether registered or unregistered, and to any party who accesses, submits information to, or uses the BIUGAMING system or services.

  2. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and BIUGAMING upon use of the BIUGAMING platform.

  3. BIUGAMING reserves the right to amend, modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time in accordance with business development and applicable laws, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS

Unless otherwise stated, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

  • BIUGAMING: BIUGAMING MY Digital Services, a digital platform providing online game top-up and digital voucher services.

  • System: The official BIUGAMING website, including affiliated platforms and authorized third-party integrations.

  • Services: All services, features, and functionalities offered by BIUGAMING, including interactions involving Users and third-party partners.

  • Terms of Use: These Terms governing rights, obligations, responsibilities, and procedures for using the BIUGAMING system.

  • User: Any individual or entity, registered or unregistered, accessing or using the BIUGAMING system.

  • Account: A registered User profile containing login credentials and contact information.

  • Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable User, whether directly or indirectly, in electronic or non-electronic form.

  • Payment Partner: Third-party payment service providers supporting transactions on BIUGAMING.

  • BJ Credits: Virtual credits held within a User’s BIUGAMING account, usable only for purchasing products on the BIUGAMING platform.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

  1. Users must read, understand, and comply with all policies and rules applicable to the BIUGAMING system.

  2. Users must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information when using BIUGAMING services.

  3. Users are responsible for updating their personal data when changes occur.

  4. Account credentials are confidential. Users must not disclose login details or account ownership information to any third party.

  5. Users are strictly prohibited from using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to monitor, copy, or interfere with the BIUGAMING system.

  6. Users must not use the BIUGAMING platform for any unlawful purpose under Malaysian law or the laws of any other jurisdiction.

  7. Users acknowledge their obligation to comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations while using the BIUGAMING platform.

  8. Any complaint or report regarding BIUGAMING services must be submitted in good faith for proper resolution.

  9. BIUGAMING reserves the right to suspend or terminate User access without prior notice if legal violations, abuse, or misconduct are detected.

  10. Users are prohibited from using BIUGAMING logos, branding, images, or interface designs for personal or commercial purposes without written permission.

  11. BIUGAMING shall not be liable for losses arising from User negligence, including account misuse, phishing links, or unauthorized access caused by the User.

  12. Users confirm that all personal data provided belongs to themselves and does not infringe the rights of others.

  13. Users must not collect, harvest, or misuse personal data of other Users in violation of BIUGAMING’s Privacy Policy or applicable laws.

  14. Users must not disrupt, damage, or interfere with BIUGAMING services, systems, or other Users’ access.

  15. Users must not engage in activities that may harm BIUGAMING’s business operations or reputation.

  16. Users must not impersonate or misrepresent themselves as another individual or entity unlawfully.

  17. Users must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or legal guardian consent.

4. TRANSACTIONS

  1. Users must follow the procedures and instructions provided on the BIUGAMING platform when making purchases.

  2. Users agree not to disclose transaction receipts or proof of payment to third parties. Any loss resulting from such disclosure is the sole responsibility of the User.

  3. Users acknowledge that additional fees may apply depending on the selected payment channel, as determined by Payment Partners.

  4. Payments must be completed in full within the time limits set by the BIUGAMING system. BIUGAMING is not responsible for losses due to incorrect transfers by Users.

  5. BIUGAMING reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

  6. Users agree not to involve BIUGAMING in scams or fraud conducted by third parties impersonating BIUGAMING due to User negligence.

  7. BIUGAMING shall not be responsible for disputes arising between Users.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

  1. BIUGAMING supports payments through authorized Payment Partners, including but not limited to E-Wallets, QR payments, Virtual Accounts, and Convenience Stores.

  2. BIUGAMING also provides Biu Credits, which may be purchased via supported bank transfers.

  3. BJ Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents.

6. REFUND POLICY

  1. BIUGAMING does not provide refunds in cash or cashless form.

  2. Refunds will only be issued in the form of Biu Credits if errors are caused by the BIUGAMING system.

  3. BIUGAMING reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue refunds in BJ Credits to mitigate risks, suspected fraud, policy violations, or unauthorized account access.

  4. BIUGAMING may review, delay, or cancel any refund request if violations of these Terms or applicable laws are identified.

7. PROMOTIONS

  1. BIUGAMING may conduct promotions at any time under terms determined by BIUGAMING.

  2. BIUGAMING reserves the right to cancel or revoke promotions without prior notice for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

  1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

  2. Users agree to resolve disputes through amicable discussion and good-faith negotiation.

  3. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

9. INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BIUGAMING from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and legal costs arising from User misconduct, policy violations, or unlawful use of the BIUGAMING platform.
